So I will fess up now -I own a lot of foundations and every morning I relish deciding which one I am going to use. Recently I’ve found myself constantly reaching for Vitalumiere because it’s creamy, hydrating, blends like a dream, smells divine and gives my skin a real kick. It contains ingredients which specifically target tired and dry areas so it’s good for dry, very dry and mature skin. If you have oily or combination skin, forget it and move on to Perfection Lumiere. This foundation is not to be confused with Vitalumiere Aqua.
Because it’s super hydrating and moisturising – doesn’t emphasise flakiness or cling to dry patches – glides over and just makes everything look fresh and dewy. It also doesn’t make your skin look oily. You can even apply it without moisturising as it is has such a creamy formulation.
Coverage wise, I would say it’s light to medium and it also contains SPF 15 which doesn’t flashback. The Chanel foundation range is more suitable for yellow skin tones. Saying that, if you suffer from redness or pink pigmentation – the yellow pigments counteract and cover these areas very well. It comes in 8 shades and I wear B20.
A perfect version of bare skin -WINNER!
